One to Save Them All: Pt 2

This is a continuation of my reading of The Fallen series. Part 1 can be found here. There will be spoilers ahead. You have been warned.

In the last book, our protagonist, Aaron, finds out that he is a Nephilim, a human-angel hybrid, on his 18th birthday after weird things start happening to him, such as being able to understand animals and speaking a language known and not known to man. A group of angels, known as the Powers, come to kill him because they see his existence as a blight on the Earth. Along the way, he discovers that he is the subject of a prophecy when the Powers come to his house, killing his parents and kidnapping his little brother, Stevie. Now, he is looking for a way to get his brother back with the help of Camael, a former member of the Powers.

In this installment, a whole lot of things went done. Aaron and Camael are on their way to follow some led that Aaron felt. This book was just filled with so much. The one, in particular, sent you to so many different people’s points of view of the story. It was interesting to see how the different characters reacted to the turn of events that had fallen upon them.  There is honestly no way to completely explain how wrapped up in the book I was. I’m honestly ecstatic to see where this all goes since there was a whole lot of character growth and development on Aaron’s part. It fun to watch him mature and at the same time be a total kid.
